ATM Card

Needham Bank's ATM Card allows you access to your account 24/7 at thousands of ATMs and Point-Of-Sale locations throughout the world. Get cash at over 37,000 ATMS worldwide.  Remember: all non-Needham Bank ATMs displaying the SUM or MoneyPass logo do NOT charge a fee.  

MasterMoney Debit/ATM Card

The MasterMoney Debit/ATM Card allows you access to your accounts 24/7 privately and conveniently. Your MasterMoney Card carries the MasterCard logo, accepted at over 15 million locations. It offers you the convenience and purchasing power of a MasterCard, but as a debit card, the amount of your purchase is automatically deducted from your account. You'll never have to carry checks again. 
 
To report a lost, stolen or fraudulent activity on your ATM/Debit card, our Customer Service Representatives are available at 781-444-2100 from 7 am - 4 pm ET, Monday through Friday and 8 am - 12 pm ET on Saturdays or call 1-800-264-5578 any hour.  For International calls please call 1-701-461-0621.
 


"Travel Tips"

Needham Bank Debit Cards may be used out of the country.
  However, for your protection, transactions made outside of your normal spending patterns (domestically or internationally) are sometimes denied.

Therefore, we recommend that you notify us by phone prior to traveling and we will place a note in your profile which will help prevent your transactions from being denied and potentially avoid a situation in which you do not have access to your funds.  Due to confidentiality and the security of your account information, Needham Bank does not accept or process such requests received by email.

        Before leaving:

  • Make sure your contact information with Needham Bank is up-to-date, including your cell number, so that we may attempt to contact you while you're abroad in case we suspect fraudulent activity or unusual spending patterns on your account.  We automatically monitor foreign transactions on your account to help protect you and prevent fraud.  However, this is not guaranteed, and security checks on attempted transactions may still be carried out.
  • Always consider taking more than one method of payment, such as a debit card, credit card, cash and travelers' cheques.
  • Make note of Needham Bank's contact details before you leave the country so that you can contact us if you require our assistance while you are away.
