It allows you to view account transaction history, transfer funds, initiate wire requests, pay your bills and invoices online, pay your federal taxes online, and download your information into QuickBooks. Business Edge Online is customizable to your business needs. We can help you save time and be more efficient.
A: To use Business Edge Online Banking, you'll need to fill out an application and sign an Acknowledgement form. Once you have completed and signed the necessary documents, your application will be sent to our Business Edge Online Banking specialist to be processed. You will receive two separate emails with Company ID and User ID and temporary passwords. Follow the directions in the Welcome emails. Before you begin, please ensure that you have the following, at a minimum:
- A computer with an Internet connection
- A 128-bit browser designed to run on Internet Explorer (IE) 7.0 and Fire Fox 2.0

A: No. Needham Bank defines the Company ID, and no personal information is required by Business Banking to log in.
A: As the Company Administrator, you can add employees and accountants or bookkeepers to your Company's online banking. You will have the ability to control what types of access they have and to what accounts and functions.
A: Passwords are 8-16 characters and may include letters or numbers. Special password characteristics may be imposed by Needham Bank to provide a greater degree of security. These requirements may include minimum and maximum lengths, upper and lower case alpha characters, numeric, or special characters (e.g. "!" "@" "#" ect.).
A: A Needham Bank Administrator can reset the Company password and the Company Administrator password. The Company Administrator can change the Company Password or an End User Password.
A: The message instructs the user to contact Needham Bank. Only Company Administrators can be reset by Needham Bank. Any other users must contact their Company Administrator.
