Using Remote Deposit Capture is Simple, Easy & Secure.
Scan - Place checks in the scanner. The scanner captures the front and back of each check, including the MICR information and dollar amount.
Balance - Verify the accuracy of each scanned check. Checks are totaled, balanced and a virtual electronic deposit ticket is prepared for approval. There is opportunity to complete or correct any information that was scanned.
Transmit - All check images are electronically sent to Needham Bank and deposited into the customer's business account. We will send a confirmation that we've received the images.
