The first time you access the telephone banking system to inquire about your account, your Personal Identification Number (PIN) will be the last four digits of your social security number.  Then, for security reasons, you will be required to select a unique 4-digit numeric PIN that you will use when accessing the system in the future.  The Bank recommends that you select a unique PIN other than your social security number, your phone number, or your date of birth.

When you change your PIN on one account it will establish the same PIN on every other account you hold at Needham Bank.  Please keep your PIN secured at all times.

DO NOT DISCLOSE YOUR PIN TO ANYONE!

When you access Telephone Banking to inquire about your account, you will be prompted to enter your account number.  For checking, money market and statement savings accounts that receive a monthly statement, please refer to your account number as printed on a recent statement. This is the same account number format that is MICR encoded at the bottom of your checks.  For passbook accounts, the account number is located on the inside cover of your passbook.  For loan accounts that receive a monthly bill, please refer to your account number as printed on a recent bill.
