Needham Bank recently announced that Cory Chamberlain has joined the Analytics department as First Vice President, Chief Data Officer. He will lead and support efficient, timely and accurate data governance, reporting to Jim White, Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer. A
With over 20 years of analytical and financial services expertise, Mr. Chamberlain previously worked for Wayfair Inc. as Head of Supply Chain Analytics. He led a team of 18 and the analytics for Wayfair’s fulfillment optimization algorithm. Before that, he worked as the Director of Fraud Risk Management & Analytics for Santander Bank.
“Cory brings extensive experience and a strong analytical skill set to his new role,” said Mr. White. “I am pleased to welcome him to the team with our enhanced focused on data, specifically with how we use, protect and ensure quality standards.”

Mr. Chamberlain received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Virginia and his Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of California, Berkeley—Haas School of Business.
