Important Information for NB Debit Cardholders
We recently upgraded our debit cards to feature new embedded EMV (chip) technology. The upgrade process involves replacing your non-EMV debit card which is why you received a new card in the mail.
Once you receive your new card, simply activate it by following the included instructions.
It is important to know that once you activate your new debit card, your old debit card will no longer function. This means that only your newly activated debit card will work to make a purchase or to withdraw funds from an ATM. You may also need to update any recurring payments you have already established to reflect your card’s new expiration date.
