Needham Bank recently announced that Sarah O’Toole has joined the Retail department as Vice President Business Development Officer. Reporting to Carrie Vargas, Senior Vice President Director of Retail Banking, Ms. O’Toole is responsible for the development and cultivation of relationships with businesses that range from large corporate entities to small businesses.
With over 25 years of financial industry experience, Ms. O’Toole has a track record of building productive relationships to drive business. Most recently, she was the Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager, Business Development Officer for Members Plus Credit Union in Everett. While she was there, she provided leadership to maximize employees’ productivity and represented the credit union at community events to establish strong ties and promote business. Prior to assuming that role, she worked at Century Bank from 2001 to 2021, where her roles progressed from Assistant Manager, Branch Compliance Liaison to Vice President, Branch Manager.
