Great Customer Service: Fraudulent Charges
Everyone hates to see a fraudulent charge on their statement.
Most banks do what they can to fix the issue after a customer catches it, but at Needham Bank...well, we treat our customers the way we'd want to be treated.

I recently had a fraudulent charge on my account that I did not notice but the great staff there picked up on. I was quickly contacted by the Medfield branch and what could have been a very difficult situation was handled expediently and professionally across
This individual service and attention was a big reason why I switched to Needham Bank, and after this situation I am very glad I did.
