How do I know if my statements will be combined?

If you have multiple accounts with the same ownership setup, those accounts will be combined. For instance, if you have an NB Checking Account and a Statement Savings Account where you are the only owner, those statements will be combined. If you have accounts with multiple owners and still have questions, please contact your local branch or call 1-833-422-5562 and we would be happy to assist you with your setup. Loan statements are not included in combined statements.

What accounts are eligible for combined statements?

Only personal, deposit accounts are being combined at this time. Any business deposit account or loan account statements will continue to be delivered separately.

After my statements are combined, will my statements look different?

Yes, but the formatting will be familiar to you. Statement information will be organized by account and the number of pages included will vary depending on transaction activity and the number of combined accounts.

I have my new consolidated statement, but why aren’t all of my accounts consolidated?

Some deposit accounts may not be combined based on who has ownership of the account. For instance, an account where you are the only signer will not be combined with an account where you are a joint signer. Another scenario is if your statement is mailed to a different address. Loan statements are not included in combined statements at this time. With combined statements, what will happen to my eStatements?

Combined statements will not change your statement delivery method. Any accounts that are currently setup as eStatements will continue to be delivered electronically, and will not be combined with any statements delivered via the mail.

How do I sign up for eStatements?

To sign up for eStatements, please log into your online banking and select Online Statements from the maroon menu bar. Next, agree to the terms and conditions and you’ll begin to receive your statements electronically at the end of the month.
