We understand that visiting our branches isn’t always the easiest task, which is why we’ve invested in different ways to help you bank with us remotely. Explore our three remote banking services below and learn how you can have complete control and access to your bank account wherever you are and whenever you need it.

  1. Mobile Banking

Our NB Mobile app helps you manage your money quickly and easily, anytime and anywhere. NB Mobile offers a lot of the same features as online and phone banking, including real-time account activity, transfers, and bill pay, but also allows you to remote deposit checks using your phone.

Download our NB Mobile App to sign up for our Online Banking and use the app to access your funds through your phone. You can download to app from any iTunes or Google Play store and login to get started.

  1. Online Banking

NB Online, our online banking service, allows you to bank from the comfort of your own home. It’s accessible through our website and in addition to giving you real-time access to your account activity, allows you to pay bills using Bill Pay, and transfer money between your accounts or someone else’s. In the event you need to order new checks or a debit card, you’re also able to do that within NB Online.

  1. Telephone Banking

Telephone banking is a great way to monitor your account activity with real-time updates including recent transactions and balance inquiries. This service can also be used to transfer between your accounts and make a loan payment.

Telephone banking can be accessed 24 hours a day by calling 888-833-5590.

Please note that if you haven’t used this service before, you will need your account number and the last four digits of your social security number handy the first time you call.
