If you wish to delete your Needham Bank online banking profile (the login you use to access our online banking system and our mobile app), please complete the form.

Your information will be reviewed and a Needham Bank team member will contact you for further verification within 3 business days. Please note that when your Needham Bank online banking profile is deleted:

  • You will no longer be able to log in to online banking or the Needham Bank mobile app.
  • You will not be able to see electronic copies of past account statements. If you have opted in to receiving electronic statements and/or tax documents, your preferences will be changed to receiving paper statements and paper tax documents.
  • Any activity you previously set up within online banking or our mobile app will be disabled and/or deleted. This includes:
    • Real-time account alerts
    • Bill Pay payments and payee information
    • External transfers to other people or accounts
    • Scheduled or recurring transfers
    • Transaction history for any of these services

When we contact you for verification, we will review specific impacts to you based on the features you use.

  • Your Needham Bank financial accounts and loans will remain open and unaffected. This form is only used for deleting your online banking profile.

Important note: deleting your online banking profile using this form will NOT reset your password. If you need help with a password or cannot access your online banking account, please use the Forgot Login page or contact us at 781-444-2100.
