You can open a personal checking, savings or CD account any time online. Or, you can stop by your nearest Needham Bank branch and one of our customer service representatives will be able to assist you in opening a new account. Make sure to have two forms of identification, your social security or Tax ID number, and your initial deposit.
Within Online Banking, please send us a secure email stating which account you would like to add to your Online Banking profile. You will receive a confirmation email once your profile has been updated. You can also visit your local branch for assistance.
To add your Needham Bank debit card, open the “Wallet” app, and select the plus sign (+) located in the right hand corner of the screen. Follow the steps to add a new card.
Personal Checking, Savings, Money Market, and CD Accounts are available to open online. At this time, no business accounts or Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs) can be opened online.
