Drawing Period

Entries will be accepted online starting on XX, 2026 and ending on XX, 2026 at 10am EST. All online entries must be received by XX, 2026 at 10am EST. Entries submitted outside the Drawing Period will not be eligible.

Eligibility

This drawing is open only to those who participate using the QR code provided by Needham Bank or by visiting the Ticket Drawing page on the Needham Bank website.  Employees of Needham Bank and NB Bancorp, Inc., and each of their directors, shareholders, and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) and household members of each (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate or win. 

One (1) entry per person. You may also receive one (1) bonus entry per person, only after completing the primary entry form. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chance of winning.

How to Enter

To enter the Ticket Drawing, participants must submit an entry by either (1) accessing the official online entry form available on Needham Bank’s website under “Ticket Drawing” Or (2) accessing the official entry form by scanning the QR code displayed on the Needham Bank Allston “Coming Soon” branch signage at the Allston branch located at 301 Guest Street, Allston, Massachusetts, 02135 or (3) by accessing the entry form by visiting the designated drawing landing page directly from Needham Bank’s social media channels. 

To complete an entry, participants must provide the information requested on the entry form, including full name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, and confirmation that the entrant is eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants must submit the form using a valid email address. Information collected will be used solely for the administration of the drawing and winner notification unless the entrant separately and affirmatively opts in to receive marketing communications from Needham Bank. Participants may optionally choose to receive marketing emails from Needham Bank; however, opting in is completely voluntary, is not required to enter the drawing, and will not increase the entrant’s chances of winning.

Normal Internet access, mobile service, and data or usage charges imposed by an entrant’s online or phone service provider may apply.

Entries must fulfill all Ticket Drawing requirements specified in these Official Rules to be eligible. Entries that are incomplete or that do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Needham Bank. Limit one (1) entry per person. Entrants may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, devices, or any other method intended to circumvent the rules. If fraudulent methods or attempts to circumvent the rules are detected, the submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Needham Bank.

Optional Bonus Entry

After submitting the required online entry form, participants may earn one (1) additional bonus entry by completing all of the following actions during the Drawing Period: (i) following @NeedhamBank on Instagram and (ii) tagging two (2) users in the comments of the official drawing post on Needham Bank’s Instagram account. The bonus entry will only be considered valid after the online entry form has been successfully completed and submitted. Limit one (1) bonus entry per person.

No Purchase Necessary

No purchase, payment, account opening, or banking relationship is required to enter or win. A purchase or relationship with Needham Bank will not increase your chances of winning.

Prize

will receive: 2 tickets to the Noah Kahan concert at Fenway Park on Tuesday, July 7, 2026.   Ticket location will be disclosed on the Winner.  No substitute tickets will be offered for other concert dates or other seat locations.  The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by the Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Needham Bank to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Approximate Retail Value: $970

Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected by a random drawing generator under the supervision of Needham Bank.  Winner will be notified by the provided email and phone within one (1) hour following selection of Winner. Needham Bank shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted or is ineligible, fails to respond to email to confirm correct address within 10 days from the time award notification was sent, a new Winner will be selected. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Ticket Drawing is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (AT NEEDHAM BANK’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE TICKET DRAWING, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

Rights Granted by You

By entering this contest (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that Needham Bank, anyone acting on behalf of Needham Bank, and Needham Bank’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Ticket Drawing, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

Taxes

Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. IRS report may apply. Needham Bank will issue an IRS Form 1099 if required by law for the prize winners for any prize(s) won. Needham Bank is not responsible for damages, losses, illnesses, or injury resulting from acceptance or use of any prize. The prizes and each component thereof are awarded “as is” without any warranty (except as defined below) of any kind except as required by law. No transfer, assignment, substitution, or cash equivalent for prizes will be permitted, except at the sole discretion of Needham Bank. In Needham Bank’s sole discretion, due to prize unavailability or for any other reason, Needham Bank may award an alternate prize (or portion of prize) of equal value and Needham Bank’s obligation to the winner will be fulfilled, and no other additional compensation will be provided.

Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this drawing will be handled in accordance with Needham Bank’s Privacy Policy, available on its website.

Terms & Conditions
Needham Bank reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Ticket Drawing should any virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, technical failure, or other cause beyond Needham Bank’s reasonable control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Ticket Drawing. In such event, Needham Bank may select the winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to the time such action is taken, or otherwise as deemed appropriate by Needham Bank in its sole discretion.

Needham Bank reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of the Ticket Drawing, the website, or associated social media platforms, or who otherwise violates these Official Rules or acts in a disruptive, fraudulent, abusive, or unsportsmanlike manner.

Needham Bank also reserves the right to maintain the integrity of the Ticket Drawing and to disqualify or void entries for any reason, including but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user using different email addresses, identities, or IP addresses; multiple entries from the same device in excess of the limits permitted under these Official Rules; or the use of bots, scripts, macros, automated systems, or other technical means intended to circumvent the rules or unfairly increase chances of winning.

Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any website, social media platform, or online service, or to undermine the legitimate operation of the Ticket Drawing, may be a violation of criminal and civil law. Should such an attempt be made, Needham Bank reserves the right to disqualify the entrant and to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Ticket Drawing, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Needham Bank and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, partners, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage of any kind that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, arising out of or relating to participation in the Ticket Drawing or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

The Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, corrupted, or undelivered entries; technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctioning computers, mobile devices, servers, networks, hardware, software, or telecommunications equipment; interruptions or unavailability of Internet service, wireless networks, social media platforms, or website access; unauthorized human intervention, hacking, tampering, or fraud; incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information; failure to receive or verify social media actions such as posts, tags, follows, or bonus entries; or any human, technical, printing, or administrative error that may occur in connection with the administration or operation of the Ticket Drawing.

The Released Parties are not responsible for any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer, mobile device, or property arising out of or relating to participation in the Ticket Drawing or the downloading or uploading of materials associated with this promotion.

Disputes; Governing Law

This Ticket Drawing is governed by the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles. The Ticket Drawing is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

By participating in the Ticket Drawing, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Ticket Drawing or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. All such disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate state or federal court located within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts having jurisdiction over the matter.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, the rights and obligations of entrants, or the rights and obligations of Needham Bank in connection with the Ticket Drawing shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

As a condition of participating in this Ticket Drawing, entrants further agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, they waive any right to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including attorneys’ fees and expenses. Entrants further waive any right to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. 

Agreement to Rules

By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Needham Bank as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Ticket Drawing
