Mobile banking is a modern service that lets you access and manage your finances from your phone. How does it work? It’s like having your bank in your pocket! Simply download our mobile banking app from the App Store or Google Play and log in to get started.

Just like online banking, mobile banking can be safe and secure. Our state-of-the-art app even allows you to safeguard your accounts with TouchID and Biometric Login for extra security.

While both online and mobile banking put your finances at your fingertips (literally), online banking typically requires a web browser, while mobile banking uses an app on your phone. To use NB Business Online and Mobile Banking, please visit your local Needham Bank branch to complete an online banking enrollment form and sign a Business Online Banking Agreement.

Once you have completed and signed the necessary documents, your application will be sent to our Business Online Banking team to be processed. You will receive an email with first time login instructions. Please follow the directions in the Welcome email(s) to access our Business Online Banking portal.

Needham Bank will be closed on Monday, May 25, 2026, in observance of Memorial Day.
