Needham Bank announced that Michael Nunes is leading Card Services as First Vice President, Director of Card Services. Reporting to Salvatore Rinaldi, Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Nunes will centralize management of Card Services as well as work collaboratively across the organization utilizing metrics and data-driven approaches to facilitate growth of this portfolio.
With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Nunes has held a variety of product and brand management roles with Pepsi-Cola, Staples and VistaPrint. In 2018, he joined Wayfair as General Manager of the Gift Cards and Loyalty Programs; in 2020, he took on an expanded role leading Consumer Credit Cards and Financing for Wayfair.
“Michael is bringing a great deal of experience and skill that make him the perfect person to lead the Bank’s initiative of building card management services,” remarked Mr. Rinaldi. “It gives me great pleasure to welcome him to the Needham Bank team.”

He received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Boston College and Master of Business Administration from Duke University.
