Needham, MA, [May 11, 2026] – Needham Bank announced today that Brian Ledwith has joined the Structured Finance Team and will be SVP Senior Relationship Manager on the bank’s team.
Mr. Ledwith has over 35 years of financial services experience and spent the last 18 years at MutualOne Bank where he held several leadership positions in commercial lending.
“Brian Ledwith brings an incredibly strong background and now has a new home here with Needham Bank. He strengthens an already highly capable management team as we continue to build for the future,” said Joseph P. Campanelli, Needham Bank’s Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer.
At MutualOne Mr. Ledwith most recently served as EVP Chief Lending Officer. He had previously served in Senior Vice President and Vice President roles.
