Needham Bank announced that Thomas Bickford has joined the bank as vice president cash management sales team leader. Reporting to Michael Tudino, vice president cash management sales and client services manager, Mr. Bickford is responsible for overseeing the cash management relationship managers, ensuring improvement in revenue growth and portfolio development of cash management products.
“Thomas’ past work experience provided him the perfect skill set to lead and manage our relationship team,” said Mr. Tudino. “I am very pleased to be welcoming him to the cash management team.”
Mr. Bickford has over 30 years of banking experience. Most recently, he served as vice president, cash management manager at Bank Five. While he was there, his primary responsibilities included the establishment and expansion of cash management relationships in an effort to achieve growth and ensure retention of cash management related relationships. Prior to assuming that role, he was vice president, treasury solutions sales officer at Citizens Bank.
“Needham Bank has an impressive portfolio of cash management clients,” said Mr. Bickford. “I’m looking forward to developing connections with current clients and establishing new customer relationships to help grow our portfolio.”
Mr. Bickford received his bachelor of arts in business administration from Northeastern University. He has additionally taken several courses from the American Banking Institute.
