Building strong communities has always been at the heart of who we are. We strive to support our partners through charitable giving, education and volunteerism.
In 2022, Needham Bank gave over $1 million back to local non-profit organizations. Our financial contributions focus on 4 core areas of giving—health and human services, arts and education, affordable housing and community development. Giving back goes beyond financial support. Our employees share our community-focused values and are eager to help support our partners through volunteer work. This year we’ve packed hundreds of meal kits in partnership with local food pantries, provided basic necessities and school supplies to underserved populations and volunteered at events raising money for our partners.
