Ibrahim Hachem joins Needham Bank as Assistant Vice President, Dedham Branch Manager

Needham Bank announced that Ibrahim Hachem has joined the retail banking team as Assistant Vice President – Branch Manager at the bank’s branch in Dedham. Mr. Hachem will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Dedham branch’s performance, including relationship building and business development.

He brings over 10 years of banking and leadership experience to his new role. Most recently, he was Assistant Vice President, Business Development Manager II for East Cambridge Savings Bank. While Mr. Hachem was there, he was in charge of the banking center, managing daily activities and developing the sales strategic plan. He was recognized for his work and received four “Banking Center of the Quarter” awards while in this position. Prior to that, Mr. Hachem was a Relationship Manager for Bank of America, where he provided service to and built relationships with customers.

Mr. Hachem received his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting Management from CIS University. He also graduated with honors from Babson College for The New England School of Financial Studies program. Additionally, he has many different certifications, including Leadership and Management Development, AARP BankSafe, National Mortgage Licensing System and more. In terms of community involvement, Mr. Hachem is a board member for the Rotary Club of Somerville, as well as a member of the Somerville Chamber of Commerce and a volunteer for Somerville & Cambridge Elder Services. He is also fluent in Arabic.
