For assistance with NB Online Banking, NB Mobile, or NB Business Edge Online, please contact our Deposit Operations team at 781-474-5804, Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm.
If you need assistance with NB Online Banking after business hours, you can contact Customer Support at 1-866-345-0839 for assistance 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.

If you have a question about a particular product or service, and would like one of our Personal Bankers to contact you, simply click the Schedule A Call button on any product page (like this one) and fill out the form. We will contact you at the appointed time, whenever it's convenient for you!
As a reminder, calls need to be scheduled at least 4 hours in advance of the scheduled call time and confirmed via email.

After Hours and Self Service Support
For assistance during the hours for which the Bank is closed, please refer to the below phone numbers listed below. While we pride ourselves on directing your calls to our personal bankers who work in our offices instead of shipping you off to a third party call center, the numbers listed below for 'after hours' support are in fact for our third party partners. This is provided as a convenience for when the Bank is not open. Please refer to the phone numbers and individuals listed above during our normal operating hours.
Call the Card Management Center at 800-448-8268 to change a PIN on an NB Debit Card or ATM Card.
To report a card stolen or lost after hours, please call 1-800-264-5578 (for domestic calls) or 412-552-2698 (for international calls).
