You can also turn your card off through My Cards. For Online & Mobile Banking customers, log in to NB Online Banking, click “Additional Services”, access “My Cards”, and then switch the “Card is ON” toggle off. You can also do this via the NB Mobile app—under “More”, access “My Cards”, and then turn the “Card is ON” toggle off.
For non-Online & Mobile Banking customers, you can access My Cards through the Needham Bank My Cards app on your Apple or Android device.
Log into NB Online Banking, click “Card Services”, and then select “Travel Plans”. You can also do this via the NB Mobile app—under “More”, click “Travel Plans” under Debit Card Services.
You can add up to two travel plans per card, and each travel plan can have a maximum of 15 destinations. Each notice can be set for 15 days, but if you need a travel alert for a longer period of time, please reach out to us for assistance.
